Free shipping is available to anywhere in the continental United States on any order over $100.00.

A core charge may apply if the customer does not provide used cartridges for remanufacture.

RETURNS:

• Contact us about the problem.
• We will mail you a UPS return label.
• Your credit card will be credited back the amount that we originally charged you for the product after receiving, inspecting the product and validating the claim.
• All returns of special order OEM products must be requested within 45 days of purchase date and are subject to a 25% restocking fee

NOTE: The product must be returned to us in it's original box with original packing material ( so it won't be damaged during shipping ). Failure to return the defective product in it's original box with original packing material will void all credit.
